Job Description/Requirements

Gross Salary: 30k to 100k

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential clients and generating leads within the packaging industry.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with the company's products and services.

• Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the packaging materials offered, including specifications, features, and applications, to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.

• Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive and informative sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and unique selling points of the company's packaging solutions.

• Quotation and Proposal Preparation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals tailored to the client's requirements, ensuring clarity and transparency in pricing.

• Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients, working towards closing deals and achieving sales targets.

• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats, providing valuable insights for the sales strategy.

• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with the production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and excellent customer satisfaction.

• Sales Reporting: Regularly update sales reports, providing management with insights into sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.


Requirements:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the packaging materials industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and build long-term partnerships.

Self-motivated: Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, and other relevant sales tools.
